CAN cables are standardized according to ISO 11898. They are developed for the communication networks of namely automation and increasing industrial application technology areas. The transmission speed is 1 Mbit/s for 40 meters.
Conductor size should be increased when the distance of the application gets longer. They can be used in places requiring high flexibility.
